In the firm we don't use chemical products, this means that our products have a low productivity but a better taste than the ones obtained through the common methods.
Adopting this type of growing is very difficult to produce large product quantities, considering the difficulty in containing diseases and weeds.
For most of the crops we use mulching as method of cultivation, thus maintaining the constant moisture of the soil and saving water; for a greater control of weeds we regularly use the cutter, between the rows or wherever we need to remove them, without damaging the soil with herbicides and guaranteeing also the possibility of a balanced increase of our production.
In the vegetable garden are cultivated, starting from the seed, many varieties of products to ensure the needs of the family, while the surplus is sold by the same company or by local markets or used for the preparation of our delicious preserves.
"Il Cuore Verde" transforms all the gifts of the Earth in delicious preserves taken from old recipes handed down from ancestors, recipes that have the taste of the Italian tradition mixed up with the exotic taste of Brazil, considering my origins.
In this way, mixing healthy and just collected ingredients, using old family recipes and experimenting with new ingredients, we have obtained original but high quality products.
Also products that do not come from our farm are selected with extreme care to ensure an excellent result on our table.

Our animals enjoy a happy life, living almost always loose and eating everything is produced in the firm.
These animals include: the snail, the horse, chickens, geese, goats, the pig and the cow.

Walking through the woods, the hazelnuts trees, the vegetable garden or the orchard on foot or on horseback you can admire the beauty of nature or enjoy the entertainment offered by the animals.
It's so beautiful learning to sow, plant and pick up fruits, vegetables, eggs just made ... or drink the milk just milked!
It's so beautiful seeing the children kneading the bread, the cake or mixing the fragrant ripe fruit for the jam whose recipe will be impossible to replicate, and taste it all together with the freshly baked bread.
Distant memories that I joyfully live again when I see my children run in the meadows, among the wheat and the maize, just like I did!
All this makes me feel a little girl again. These are moments that are part of our lives and that joyfully we will share with all of you.
