It's a small farm immersed in the green of the fascinating Piedmont. For over 100 years to we breed cattle, poultry and other animals; in the wheat barley and maize fields we made history together with the vineyards of Dolcetto Doc.
With the new generation, the work has been increased and diversified with the breeding of the snail, the natural growing of vegetables, the hazelnut field and a small but varied orchard, with the hope of ensuring the support of the firm and an almost total autonomy and independence in an area still very difficult nowadayas.
In our company we breed animals in a natural and sensitive way and in the respect of their life; snails, rabbits, poultry, goats and horses eat only food produced and grind in our company (maize, barley, wheat, rape, soya) and in the warmest season they can freely wander in the surrounding pastures.

"Il Cuore Verde" is located in Morsasco, an ancient hilly village dating back to 1300; a magnificent old town, buildings in stone perfectly preserved, the castle and luxuriant vineyards that produce excellent wines will introduce you to very suggestive sceneries and landscapes.
Near Morsasco, at just 7 km, you will discover Acqui Terme, a nice historic town already known by the Romans for its extraordinary quality of its hot springs; a tradition that in Acqui Terme was handed to the present day, updating and improving very important thermal structures.

In order to preserve these resources, we opted, for passion and conviction, for a cultivation without using chemicals as taught by our grandparents in decades of experience; moreover both the weeding and the harvesting of the "earth's fruit" are taken by hand, to ensure the quality and the genuineness of the products.
And with the enthusiasm of who carries out his work with love and dedication, we hope to always improve in order to offer to “Il Cuore Verde’s friends " a better world ...
